Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
