How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide specific to that garment. As a general guide, our clothing runs true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a slim fit. For tailored pieces such as suits and blazers, refer to your chest and waist measurements for the most accurate fit.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Yes, our garments are designed to run true to standard UK/US sizing. Each product listing includes measurements in both inches and centimetres. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders may take 10–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. All orders are dispatched from Lawrenceville, GA, US.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return. To start a return, visit our Returns page or contact us at customerservice@aether-thread.com.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

To exchange for a different size, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures the fastest turnaround. If your size is selling out quickly, contact our team and we will do our best to reserve it for you while your return is processed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch, especially during busy periods. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us at customerservice@aether-thread.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely and your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Is my payment information secure?
