Return & Refund Policy
At Aether & Thread, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of odours, stains, or signs of wear
- All original tags still attached
- In original packaging where possible
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Accessories (ties, scarves, belts) that have been worn or used
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Start a Return
- Email us at customerservice@aether-thread.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund at no charge.
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at customerservice@aether-thread.com with your order number and the details of what you'd like instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at customerservice@aether-thread.com and we will investigate.
